How the Varde apps work.

- What this covers
- The Varde apps: the private dashboards Pine Hill Consulting runs for each client, and the connections they make to a client's own systems (email, files, QuickBooks Online and similar).
- Who may use them
- People the client has named. Each person signs in with their own login and a code from an authenticator app. Logins are not shared.
- Your data stays yours
- Everything a Varde reads or drafts belongs to the client. It is stored in the client's own private environment, encrypted at rest and in transit, and never used to train AI. We do not sell it or share it with anyone outside the client and Pine Hill.
- Connected systems
- When a client connects a system such as QuickBooks Online, the Varde reads only what that system allows and writes only drafts (such as an estimate, a purchase order or an invoice) for a person at the client to approve. It never posts payments, never touches bank or payroll data, and never deletes records. A client can disconnect at any time from the dashboard, which revokes the access.
- Nothing acts alone
- A Varde drafts and flags. A person approves. Results are checks on the client's own data, not legal, tax, accounting or medical advice; the client's own qualified people make the decisions.
- The agreement that governs
- Each client's Services Agreement and Statement of Work with Pine Hill Consulting LLC set the price, term, support and liability. If this page and the agreement differ, the agreement wins.
- Changes and questions
