Subprocessors for the Varde apps
- Amazon Web Services
- Hosting, storage, secrets, logs and Amazon Bedrock for AI processing. One private AWS account per client.Data: All client data in that client’s environment. Location: United States.
- Anthropic (Claude, through Amazon Bedrock)
- AI model. Runs inside the client’s AWS account under the AWS and Anthropic business terms: not used to train models, and the model provider cannot access the account.Data: Prompts and outputs during processing only. Location: United States.
Not subprocessors: systems a client connects
- Intuit (QuickBooks Online)
- The client’s own system under the client’s subscription and Intuit’s terms. Connected by the client, disconnectable by the client.
- Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and other systems a client connects
- Same: the client’s own vendors, connected with the permission the client chooses.

- Vercel
- Hosts this website and counts visits without cookies.
- Resend
- Delivers contact-form messages to Pine Hill.
- Cal.com
- Booking a time.
